General Shale's Answers to Our Questions

At the first Planning Commission meeting, on January 3rd, we presented the commission with a list of questions for General Shale. The public hearing was continued until the next meeting, and we agreed to submit an updated list of questions to the commission and General Shale before that meeting. Here is the new list of questions, submitted 1/11/02, along with General Shale's answers.
